I've not been COMPLETELY inactive. I've gone to ballet. I have stairs at work, you know, when I'm not sitting at my desk. But without the gym and with switching it up to ballet, it's gone from all cardio to all strength. I mean... I still get some cardio but I'm just going to keep that on the DL because it's a bit TMI.
Anyhow, I woke up this morning, stepped on the scale... and immediately I thought of that episode of The Office... Fun Run... the scene where they are all in the conference room and Michael thinks they're cursed somehow so he starts asking everyone about their religious beliefs. And
Seriously?!?!?! How the hell did I do THAT?!?!?!
That's 17.5 lbs down. That's 2.5 lbs away from this 150 lbs that I so long for. That's just the motivation I need to break myself through this rut I feel that I'm stuck in.
Also wanted to mention I remeasured this morning too. I've lost an inch in my waist and hips... also lost an inch in my bust, but hey, I've still got that hourglass figure going on, so the bust just had to keep up with the hips ;) It's still hourglass if they're only 6 inches different from my waist, right?
Just had to share this :) Now to spend the morning cooking.
